The second edition of the Portuguese Manual for the Deaf in São Tomé and Príncipe “is a revised and expanded version of the 2019 edition” and is aimed at students in the first cycle of basic education (grades 1 to 4), covering "topics related to the daily lives of deaf people, their relationship with school, their position in the family, emotions, and their relationships with the outside world."
