Doutorada em Economia da Saúde (UNL),Pós Graduada em Farmacoeconomia (Stockholm School of Economics, Sweeden), possui o curso de Mestado em Saúde Pública – Política e Administração de Saúde (UNL), Especialização em Farmácia Hospitalar (Ordem dos Farmacêuticos) e licenciatura em Ciências Farmacêuticas (ULisboa). Frequenta o General Management Program (AESE).

Membro do Conselho Geral e de Supervisão da ADSE,IP, Investigadora no ICS-UCP, CEO da Focus on Evolution, Coordenadora Científica e docente em Formações Avançadas em Decisão em Saúde, e nas áreas do Financiamento e Regulação do Medicamento.

Anteriormente foi Assessora no INFARMED, Direção Geral da Saúde, Administração Central do Sistema de Saúde e Research Fellow no Centre for Health Policy and Management.Trinity College – Dublin, Ireland.

Autora do livro A Criação de Valor em Saúde [Pharmavalue, Ed.], Coordenadora Científica dos Cadernos do Medicamento [Pharmavalue, Ed.], com duas dezenas de artigos publicados nas suas áreas de especialidade.
