The Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing at Universidade Católica Portuguesa welcomed its 20 new students to the Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Cognitive Neuroscience, in a welcome initiative that brought together students from different nationalities and backgrounds.

The programme took place across the Lisbon and Sintra campuses, offering students their first opportunity to get to know the University, the programme, and their new classmates.

In Lisbon, students took part in a welcome session and learned more about the Neuroscience programme, followed by ice-breaking and team-building activities, a campus tour, and a social lunch.

At the Sintra campus, the programme included a welcome session hosted by Católica Medical Students' Union, a campus tour, an introduction to programming, and a social gathering in the garden.

A first day marked by sharing, discovery, and the creation of new connections, marking the beginning of an exciting new academic journey in the Bachelor's Degree in Systems and Cognitive Neuroscience.
