Manuela Gabriel's research project, which is being carried out as part of her PhD in Cognition, Language and Neuroscience Sciences, was featured on CMTV's Falar Global program. This project is supervised by Prof. Joana Rato from the Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing - UCP and Prof. Ana Paula Vale from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro. The research focuses on the digital training of mathematics in pre-school and early school years and in this program it is possible to find out how the Magrid program is being applied to pre-school children at the Carlos Gargaté School Group. The Magrid app was first developed at the University of Luxembourg and is now an internationally award-winning pedagogical program supported by research into early mathematics learning.
We'll soon be hearing about the results of this application for the Portuguese population.
