  1. Describe the Portuguese and European legal systems;

    2. Discuss the principle of human dignity, as a fundamental legal principle;

    3. Analyze the fundamental rights related to neurosciences;

    4. Discuss the legal regimes of research in general, clinical research, and neuroscience research in special;

    5. Analyze the legal regime for the protection of personal data;

    6. Discuss the legal regime of intellectual property;

    7. Discuss the application of the right to artificial intelligence; 8. Analyze the main legal norms of health law and legal medicine.
