Faculty members from FCSE and EEL participate in the International Staff and Teaching Week at the Pontifical University of Salamanca

During the week of March 23–27, Professors Fernanda Loureiro, Helga Martins, and Susana Miguel from the School of Nursing (Lisbon) and the Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing at the Portuguese Catholic University participated in the International Staff and Teaching Week, held at the Pontifical University of Salamanca as part of the Erasmus+ program.

During this event, they had the opportunity to share experiences with approximately 40 participants from different countries, under the theme “BIP AI in Higher Education: Benefits and Challenges for Universities.”

They also had the opportunity to visit the Clinical Simulation Center at the Faculty of Health Sciences of the Pontifical University of Salamanca, accompanied by the Vice Deans, Dr. Mª Ángeles Flores García and Dr. Paula San Martín González.

Additionally, they visited the University Hospital of Salamanca, accompanied by Vice-Dean Dr. Mª Ángeles Flores García, Director of Nursing Verónica Sánchez Romero, and staff responsible for quality and training.
 
Participation in lectures and simulated practice sessions with students in the Bachelor of Nursing program, alongside Vice-Dean Dr. Paula San Martín González and faculty member Dr. África Sánchez Martín, rounded out this international experience.
