"The brain is still one of the great mysteries of science. Despite many advances and discoveries, this frontier remains as challenging as it is relevant today. July 22 is World Brain Day, a date that was established to draw attention to the importance of this organ and how it is so central to people's quality of life.
There are still too many open questions that require in-depth research. What's missing isn't just more technology, it's integrated understanding. From biology to physics, chemistry and physiology, as well as data science and image analysis, Neuroscience is a vast and fertile field for those brave enough to venture into it. Neuroscientists must be able to explore the link between the biological reality of the brain and its functions. To do this, we need to create algorithms that make it possible to analyze large volumes of data to simulate brain functions."
