The Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing at the Portuguese Catholic University has joined the International Children’s Palliative Care Network (ICPCN), an international network that brings together professionals, institutions, researchers, and organizations dedicated to promoting and developing pediatric palliative care worldwide.

Membership in the ICPCN reinforces the Faculty’s commitment to excellence in teaching, research, and the promotion of child- and family-centered health care, contributing to the advancement of knowledge and international collaboration in this field.

As a member of the network, the Faculty will have access to a wide range of scientific and educational resources, including e-learning courses, specialized webinars, training materials, and opportunities to collaborate with experts and institutions from various countries. Participation in this international community will also allow the Faculty to stay abreast of the latest initiatives, research projects, and best practices in pediatric palliative care.
