Prof. Silvia Caldeira, from the Faculty of Health Sciences and Nursing at the Portuguese Catholic University, is a co-author of a chapter in the first Routledge Handbook of Nursing Ethics, published by Routledge.

Co-authored with Fiona Timmins (Ireland) and Beata Dobrowolska (Poland), she contributed the chapter “Ethical Dimensions of Global Nurse Recruitment and Retention,” which explores the ethical dimensions of nurse recruitment and retention on a global scale.
